  • The EA does not open trades
  • The Indicator does not display or function properly
  • The product is confirmed to be non-working
  • The product has been installed correctly according to our instructions

If your issue meets the conditions above, we will provide:

  • A full refund, or
  • An exchange for another product of equal or higher value

In some cases, we may compensate you with two replacement products of equal or greater value.


2. Conditions for Refund Requests

To process your refund or exchange request, you must provide all of the following information:

  • Order number
  • Purchase email address
  • Screenshot of the error
  • Full-screen screenshot including the “Experts” tab in MetaTrader

Requests without sufficient evidence may not be processed.

6. Chargebacks & Abuse Policy

We strongly encourage customers to contact support before opening disputes or chargebacks.

If a customer abuses the refund system, opens unjustified chargebacks, or violates our terms, we reserve the right to:
